Completed in 2012 by a Brussels-based practice, this villa presents a street façade that is almost closed — lacquered steel panels, adjustable perforated sun-breakers — against a garden façade entirely glazed. Contrast is the subject of the project.
The entrance, in solid wood and double height, distributes a ground-floor living room, a library and a master suite. The garden, enclosed by walls, is planted with evergreen species and maintained by the same landscape architect since the outset.
